When a name or location is entered in a search box, that query is sent to the independent provider that powers the tool. Hamilton County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's handling of a query is subject to its own privacy terms.
Messages Sent to Us
An email or contact-form message is retained as needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Some advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across different websites and select interest-based ads. That cross-site tracking occurs on the partner's systems, not on the systems operated by Hamilton County Released Inmates.
